Joe has always been fascinated with the human body, specifically the musculoskeletal system. At an early age (12) , he was introduced to strength training from his father which evolved into training friends in the neighborhood and gym, playing sports, and competing in powerlifting and bodybuilding. He has always had a calling in life to help others utilizing his life skills to bring improved functionality to all. Joe attended Shippensburg University for his undergraduate studies with a focus in Biology/ Health Science. He later attended Central Penn College to complete their Physical Therapist Assistant program
with Suma Cum Laude honors. Joe had the great opportunity to complete his clinical studies in an outpatient seƫng with key learnings in orthopedics, neuro, and sports-specific training. Joe’s experience revolves around post-surgical rehab, common orthopedic impairment, chronic pain, health & wellness, and post-rehab training.
Joe is happily married to his beautiful wife, Marta and they have two children, Ella, and Lucas, who they cherish and adore. He also has a beautiful dog, Bonnie, a boxer breed which they rescued. He enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his family in every possible way. Joe also enjoys staying healthy through exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness strategies. He enjoys working with his hands with hobbies in woodworking, home renovation, landscaping.
